Board of Directors
Binational Leadership in Action

The NADBank Board of Directors embodies U.S.-Mexico cooperation, with a balanced structure of ten members evenly distributed between the two countries. The chairmanship alternates annually between U.S. and Mexican representatives, ensuring a truly bilateral vision.
As the supreme authority of the Bank, the Board has the power to:
- Certify strategic projects
- Approve financing proposals
- Oversee all Bank operations
- Make crucial decisions for border development
Every decision reflects NADBank’s spirit of collaboration. All decisions of the Board require the assent of a majority of the board members appointed by each country, ensuring that every project genuinely benefits our border communities.
