What You’ll Do:
This role focuses on growing revenues from selected accounts and new prospects.  The primary objective is to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue.  The individual will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, demonstrating products using a value-based approach, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the institution by turning qualified opportunities into successful deals.
  • Grow NADBank’s presence in priority markets by building a strong pipeline that leads to more closed transactions.
  • Maintain accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting that help guide planning and decision making across the institution.
  • Ensure CRM records are complete and up-to-date so team has reliability into client activity and opportunities.
  • Stay current on market and product knowledge, including competitive positioning.
  • Rapidly increase the penetration of NADBank solutions within target sectors through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities by adhering to consistent processes and methodologies.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and secure sales.

Role Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of capital raising strategies including equity, debt financing, sub-debt, etc.
  • Demonstrated financial modeling experience, particularly for Project Finance transactions.
  • Pro forma and cash flow forecasting techniques required.
  • Five years of experience in water, green manufacturing, green products, sustainable food chain, sustainable buildings, energy efficiency, renewable energy and energy storage.
