Pablo Casarrubias serves as Director of Environmental Infrastructure Finance (EIF) at NADBank, where he provides leadership in advancing the Bank’s environmental and infrastructure financing agenda, driving business development initiatives and fostering strategic partnerships that support sustainable growth along the U.S.-Mexico border region.
With more than two decades of experience in banking and finance, Pablo has built a distinguished career spanning Corporate and Investment Banking, Structured Finance, Credit Ratings, and Capital Markets. Before joining NADBank, he held senior positions at Bladex, BBVA, Moody’s Investors Service, and Banco Santander. Throughout his career, Pablo has played a leading role in the origination, structuring, and execution of financing transactions exceeding US$12 billion. His expertise encompasses project and acquisition finance, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, and debt capital markets. He has also led important M&A transactions in Mexico’s infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy and toll road assets. His experience spans clients and projects across infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, consumer products, real estate, and financial institutions.
Pablo earned an MBA from EGADE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from La Salle University.
