Comprehensive Road Rehabilitation Project in Tijuana, Baja California

Project Scope

The project consisted of the rehabilitation of 160 km (100 miles) of primary roadways within the municipality. The work included rehabilitating current asphalt roadways with cement concrete using the whitetopping paving technique, as well as construction or reconstruction of curbs and sidewalks, rehabilitation of storm drains and the restoration of landscaping adjacent to the roadways.
