Public Management Leadership Program

Join a diverse network of government leaders from across the U.S.-Mexico border region for the 2026 Public Management Leadership Program (PMLP) supported by expert instruction curated by NADBank and offered at no-cost to you. Engage with both established and emerging decision-makers committed to strengthening local capacity—moving beyond basic service delivery to build resilient institutions capable of supporting the infrastructure of tomorrow. From budgeting and asset management to governance, financing and emerging best practices, this training builds the insight and confidence needed to make transparent, strategic infrastructure investment decisions across all service areas.

Your learning experience will be dynamic, practical and directly relevant to day-to-day decisions. Through this live online (synchronous) course, you’ll engage with expert faculty, exchange ideas with peers facing similar challenges and identify solutions you can implement immediately.

The no-cost training includes 50 hours of course curriculum delivered through Zoom. Sessions will be held from 10:00 am-12:00 pm Central Time (UTC-5) on Thursdays and Fridays with a mid-term break.  

Registration is open and will remain open throughout the course period. Register by May 15th for a chance to win a discounted registration to the 2026 NADBank Summit. Participants that earn a Certificate will receive two entries in the drawing.

Format and Duration

  • Live online (synchronous) course using Zoom Webinar.
  • Total duration: 50 hours, delivered over 13 weeks.
  • Sessions: Thursday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
  • Topic experts will present in either English or Spanish with simultaneous translation available.
  • Course materials will be available in both languages prior to and during each course session.
  • A brief multiple-choice quiz will be opened at the end of each topic. Quizzes are intended for self‑assessment and will not be graded.

* NADBank is offering at least two discounted in-person registrations and five complimentary virtual registrations to its Summit for 2026 PMLP participants, registering prior to May 15th. Participants successfully completing the course will have two entries. The give-a-way will be selected via random drawing at least two weeks prior to the Summit event.
