Technical assistance for sustainable development:
Your initiative, our expert guidance

At NADBank, we offer grants for technical assistance to help turn your project plans into a concrete reality.
Through our various programs and with the support of specialized consultants in various fields, we help project sponsors and border communities develop their environmental projects from planning through implementation, as well as strengthen their institutional and financial performance to ensure the long-term sustainability of their infrastructure and operations.
We also support studies and initiatives that generate knowledge on emerging issues and the development and introduction of innovative technological solutions to environmental problems as a means of promoting their broader use in the border region.
We currently fund and/or administer four technical assistance programs to advance the well-being of the border.

NADBank Technical Assistance Program (TAP)
NADBank offers various types of technical assistance to support the planning and development of sustainable infrastructure, as well as capacity-building and sector development initiatives aimed at helping the border region become more resilient.

Utility Management Institute (UMI)

U.S.-Mexico Environmental Border 2025 Program
