NADB is proud to present the Border Environmental Forum XXV (BEF XXV). This forum brings together local and state officials, private sector developers, academics, large commercial users, and experts from the U.S. and Mexico. Keynote speakers for the August 17th Luncheon will be San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg and U.S. House of Representative Joaquin Castro, Congressman for the 20th District of Texas.
