Water Infrastructure Improvements for Irrigation Districts in the Lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas - This certification and financing proposal covers water delivery infrastructure improvements for twelve irrigation districts in the Lower Rio Grande Valley (LRGV) in Texas, that are seeking funding through the NADBank Water Resiliency Fund (WRF). The projects mainly consist of canal lining, pipeline conversion and other infrastructure investments to generate water savings. Proposed works will help to improve system resilience, strengthen water security, and ensure reliable long-term water delivery.
