What You’ll Do:
You will play a key role in advancing the Bank’s strategic goals by leading and empowering the structuring team. You’ll help shape high‑impact projects by overseeing thoughtful due diligence, fostering productive negotiations, and ensuring that every financing structure is both sound and executable. In this role, you’ll help deliver transactions that reflect NADBank’s commitment to strong credit quality and meaningful environmental benefits, making a difference in the communities we serve.
Key responsibilities include:

Drive high-quality investment decisions by leading rigorous internal and external due diligence to ensure every transaction is backed by a deep understanding of market conditions, financial strength, project structure, and key risks resulting in strong, well‑supported credit and investment recommendations.

Strengthen the Bank’s Credit Portfolioby evaluating credit quality and ensuring pricing aligns with true risk exposure, helping protect the Bank’s financial position while enabling sustainable, high‑impact investments.
- Uphold exceptional standards in credit documentation so decisions are transparent, well‑reasoned, and reflective of thorough analysis.

Support successful negotiation and closing by overseeing the full review of financing documents and guiding negotiations to secure terms aligned with Bank policy driving smooth, timely, and compliant financial closings.

Provide strategic structuring insights so transactions are executable, market‑aligned, and positioned for long‑term success.

Advance projects toward disbursement by coordinating cross‑departmentally to complete all conditions precedent, ensuring projects move efficiently from approval to first disbursement.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

Role Essentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure finance, including leading teams and guiding complex transactions.
- Proven success structuring, analyzing, and closing diverse financial instruments in the U.S. and/or Mexico, ideally within international lending or project‑finance environments.
- Strong judgment in identifying and assessing credit risks across corporate, project finance, public‑sector, and bond transactions.
- Ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support sound investment decisions
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, supported by a professional network in the U.S. and/or Mexico.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to simplify complex information and navigate challenging conversations with tact.
- Strong organizational habits, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
