 What You'll Do:

The Facilities Manager will lead the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-performing facilities operations across all NADBank locations. This role ensures operational continuity, regulatory compliance, vendor accountability, and cost optimization while minimizing disruption to Bank operations.
The position also provides leadership for capital improvement initiatives, including office renovations, space reconfigurations, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with institutional standards.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Facilities Operations & Leadership

•    Ensure reliable, uninterrupted facilities operations across all NADBank locations.
•    Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and building code requirements.
•    Design and oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
•    Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems for optimal performance.
•    Drive continuous improvement, modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Vendor, Risk & Cost Management

•    Lead vendor and contractor selection, contract management, and performance oversight.
•    Ensure adherence to procurement processes, invoicing accuracy, and cost controls.
•    Hold service providers accountable to safety, service-level, and compliance standards.

Safety, Security & Workplace Environment

•    Ensure facilities provide a safe, secure, and compliant work environment.
•    Oversee on-site security operations and access controls.
•    Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
•    Manage parking operations to ensure safety, accessibility, and efficient use of space.

Role Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in facilities or operations management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Facilities management systems and project management tools experience preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFM or FMP are a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
